Penza, 23 November 2020. PenzaNews. 676 634 square metres of housing were commissioned in Penza region at the expense of all sources of financing in January-October 2020. This is evidenced by data from the territorial body of the Federal State Statistics Service.

According to the information provided, this is 2.7% more than in the same period of 2019.

Individual housing construction accounts for 67.3% of the total: 455 157 square metres were commissioned. This is 2.3% less than in January-October last year.

In Penza region, the volume of work that falls under the ‘Construction’ activity category and was carried out by own forces amounted to 26 720 360 000 roubles, or 89.7% of the indicator for the same period of 2019.

As PenzaNews reported earlier, 1 097 000 square metres of housing is planned to be commissioned in Penza region in 2020.
