PenzaNews. 757 700 square metres of housing was commissioned in Penza at the expense of all sources of financing in January-November 2020, which is 0.6% more than in the same period in 2019. This is evidenced by data from the territorial body of the Federal State Statistics Service.

According to the data provided, the residents built 67.4% of the total volume of housing, that is 3 130 houses with a total area of 510 700 square metres. By the end of 11 months of 2020, commissioning of housing in the individual housing construction segment amounted to 96.3% compared to the same period last year.

Besides, 31 apartment buildings were constructed in the territory of the region.

397 800 square metres of housing were commissioned in Penza in January-November this year, which is 6.7% more compared to the same period last year. The share of residential housing accounted for 212 300 square metres of the total, which is 88.6% of the volume commissioned in the first 11 months of 2019.
