Penza, 12 March 2021. PenzaNews. Governor of Penza region Ivan Belozertsev nominated the candidacy of Mikhail Lisin to Legislative Assembly to be considered for the position of Business Ombudsman in the region.

“In accordance with the Law of Penza region as of August 29, 2013, No. 2420-ZPO ‘On Business Ombudsman in Penza Region’ I nominate the candidacy of Mikhail Nikolaevich Lisin for the state post of Business Ombudsman in Penza region. In terms of his professional education, work experience and business qualities, Mikhail Lisin corresponds to this position,” reads a letter signed by Ivan Belozertsev and addressed to Valery Lidin, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the region.

According to information available to PenzaNews, the candidacy of Mikhail Lisin was approved by Boris Titov, Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of Business Rights.

It was also approved by the Council for Business Development under the Government of Penza region.
