Penza, 26 May 2021. PenzaNews. 1 545 violations of legislation in the field of protection of business rights were identified in Penza region in January-April 2021, which is an 11% decrease compared to the same period in 2020. This is evidenced by data posted on the website of the regional Prosecutor's Office.

In order to eliminate the violations, 298 protests were lodged and 551 submissions were made.

A total of 262 officials were brought to disciplinary responsibility, 13 were charged with administrative offences and 12 others were warned of inadmissibility of law violation.

The number of lawsuits and petitions filed with the courts was 22.

One prosecutor's enquiry was referred to a pre-trial investigation body to resolve the issue of criminal prosecution.
