Average price of 1 m2 of housing in Penza’s new buildings and in secondary market revealed

Penza, 30 May 2021. PenzaNews. The average price of a square meter of floor space in the primary housing market in Penza region in Q1 2021 was about 56 273 roubles, and in the secondary market – about 45 665 roubles. This was evidenced by data of Rosstat.

Compared to the same period last year, flat prices in the region’s primary market rose by 13%, according to the information provided. The average price of a square metre of housing in new buildings rose by an average of almost 6 500 roubles.

In the secondary housing market in Penza region, the price per square metre rose by 9%. Compared to January-March 2020, the average price of 1 m2 increased by more than 3 800 roubles.
