Penza, 21 June 2021. PenzaNews. New restrictions on catering businesses, including food courts in shopping centres, were introduced in Penza region fromMonday, June 21. Appropriate changes were made in governor's decree No. 27 “On the introduction of high alert mode in Penza region”, taking into account the recommendations of the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor, set out in a letter dated June 17.

“Provision of services by catering enterprises (organisations) is to be prohibited from 23:00 to 6:00, except for takeaway service and delivery of orders,” the document reads.

“Activity of food courts and other catering outlets located in shopping and entertainment centres (complexes) is to be suspended, except for takeaway service and delivery of orders,” the decree adds.

It notes that the document enters into force on the date of its official publication.
