Penza, 26 July 2021. PenzaNews. The average price of one sq.m. in the Penza region’s primary housing market in Q2 2021 was about 58 173 roubles. This was evidenced by data of Rosstat.

The increase to the previous quarter was 3.4%. In January-March this year, the average price per square meter in new buildings in the region was 1 900 roubles less – about 56 273 roubles.

In annual terms, growth was 14.3%. In the second quarter of 2020, the average price of one square metre of floor space on the primary housing market in Penza region, according to official information, was 7 280 roubles less – 50 893 roubles.
