Rosstat: Average salary in Penza region exceeds 35 000 roubles in January-May

Penza, 29 July 2021. PenzaNews. The average monthly nominal wage of employees in Penza region in January-May 2021 was 35 376 roubles, which is an increase of 8% over the same period in 2020. This is stated in the Rosstat report on the socio-economic situation in Russia for the first half of 2021.

In May 2021, the average monthly nominal wage in the region reached 36 535 roubles, according to the information provided.

The increase to the same month in 2020 was 7.6% and to April 2021 it was 1%.
