Average price of 1 sq m of housing in Penza region in Q3 revealed

Penza, 31 October 2021. PenzaNews. The average price of 1 square meter of floor space in the primary housing market in Penza region in Q3 2021 was about 59 396 roubles, and in the secondary market – about 55 489 roubles. This was evidenced by data of Rosstat.

Average price of 1 sq m of housing in Penza region in Q3 revealed

In new buildings, the price per square metre rose by more than 2% compared to the previous quarter. The increase to Q3 2020 was almost 12%.

In the secondary market, the average price of 1 sq m of housing increased by almost 20% compared to Q2 2021 and almost 25% compared to Q3 2020.
