Penza, 1 November 2021. PenzaNews. The cost of a conventional (minimum) set of foodstuffs in Penza region in September 2021 was 4 150 roubles. This was announced by the head of Penzastat, Maxim Ukhanov, during an operational meeting in the regional government on Monday, November 1.

“We are in second place in Volga Federal District and in third place in the Russian Federation in terms of the cost of the set,” he said.

According to Maxim Ukhanov, the consumer price index for Penza region in September 2021 was 105.4% compared to December 2020, and for the country as a whole it was 105.3%.
