“At the enterprises where the property is not used in the main activity, it should be returned to the treasury, if necessary – transferred to another municipal unitary enterprise or put up for auction,” he said during a weekly meeting held at City Hall on Wednesday, November 3.

The acting mayor also proposed to develop a standard draft lease agreement, which would protect the interests of the city administration as much as possible when providing municipal property.

“It is necessary to exclude situations when tenants do not pay for several years, while using land plots and other real estate objects,” the press service of the City Hall quoted Alexander Basenko.
