Penza, 21 December 2021. PenzaNews. 398,300 square metres of housing was commissioned in Penza from January to November 2021 which is 0.1% more compared to the same period in 2020. This is evidenced by data of the territorial body of the Federal State Statistics Service (Penzastat).

According to the data provided, 231,300 square metres of housing were built in the region for 11 months of this year by individual housing construction, an increase of 9%.

The city of Penza accounts for more than 52% of housing commissioned in the region in January-November 2021. Also, in terms of volumes, the leaders are Penza, Bessonovsky and Kuznetsky areas with more than 12%, 6.5% and almost 5%, respectively.

In general, more than 761,000 square meters were built in the region for 11 months of this year, which is 0.5% more compared to the same period last year. 37 multi-apartment and 3,011 individual residential buildings were commissioned.
