Penza, 9 February 2016. PenzaNews. The education center “Intellect-Penza” plans to open a number of kindergartens with education organized equally in Russian and English languages, announced Ekaterina Kuznetsova, director of the autonomous non-commercial supplementary education organization.

During the roundtable discussion on issues of support to socially oriented non-profit organizations in the region held in the regional government on Tuesday, February 9, she pointed out that such practice is widespread in European countries, such as Finland.

“To learn a foreign language successfully, one needs to begin from an early age in a natural environment. We have the plans to make that a reality,” Ekaterina Kuznetsova said.
