Penza, 19 February 2016. PenzaNews. The test of the new technology of the Unified State Examination, which took place in Penza on Thursday, February 18, went without any technical incidents or violations, announced Alexander Voronkov, Penza region Minister of Education.

“We will be introducing the new technologies in two examination points in 2016. I believe they will make the exam procedure more transparent and reduce the bias,” he stressed.

According to the website of the Penza region Education Ministry, the new technology employs electronic monitoring test files that are created and encrypted using dedicated encryption certificates, and are unencrypted and printed immediately before the exam in the presents of the testees.

After the checks, the USE answer papers will be transferred into electronic files at the examination points and sent to the regional data processing center.
