According to information announced during the meeting session held in the morning of Saturday, February 20, the institution will be comprised of a school wing for 200 students and a kindergarten for 150 children.
As of now, the officials already have a completed urban development plan with specifications and determined the construction area – a land plot of 0.9 hectares.
The building will open in the spring of 2017, representatives of the subcontractor organization “Stroyproekt” assured the head of the region.
Ivan Belozertsev stressed that the Penza region government will guarantee that all the obligations in this objective will be completed, as the institution bears great social importance.
“This is a matter of principle for us. Therefore, I ask you to approach the objective seriously and complete the work according to schedule – with no delays or failures to deliver it on time,” the governor addressed the parties present at the meeting.
He also recommended the subcontractors to use Penza-made construction materials due to their availability and low logistics expenses.
The head of the region ordered to draw up the agreement with the construction company, research the ways to finance the project and assist the subcontractors in reducing their raw material and transportation expenses, says the press service of the Penza region government.
