Penza, 27 September 2016. PenzaNews. The delegation of the Penza State University headed by the rector Alexander Gulyakov takes part in the IV International Congress “Penza – Frensburg” in Germany.

The event, which started on Monday, September 26, also gathered vice-rector for international affairs Sergey Vasin, director of the Medical Institute Alexander Mitroshin, the dean of History and Philology Olga Sukhova, deputy head of the international relations department Tatiana Razuvaeva and the head of international projects department Konstantin Korolev.

As the press service of the university told PenzaNews, on the first day of the congress they discussed topical issues of bilateral cooperation, including implementation of joint educational programs with the issuance of diplomas of two universities, participation in international competitions, scientific grants and researches.

“The second day of the congress will be no less saturated. The participants will consider possibility of cooperation in the field of history, information and communication technologies and management in the field of health and medicine,” the Penza State University press service noted.
