Youth innovation forum to be held in Penza

Penza, 18 October 2016. PenzaNews. “Sursky youth innovation forum” will be held at the premises of the Penza State University of Architecture and Construction on October 25-28.

It will determine the winners of the annual open scientific student’s contest “Young talents of Russia” in nominations “Natural sciences,” “Applied sciences,” “Construction and architecture,” and “Social and socio-humanitarian sciences.”
Two conferences are also planned to be held – the distance international scientific and technical conference “Youth innovations” and the eleventh international conference of students, postgraduates and young scientists “The theory and practice of increasing the efficiency of construction materials.”
There will be a presentation of youth projects and a qualifying round of the contest under the program“Clever fellow,” the winner will get a grant for conducting a research in the sphere of new materials development and resource conservation.
The Organizing Committee will be headed by the principle of the Penza State University of Architecture and Construction Yuri Skachkov and the Minister of Education of the Penza region Alexander Voronkov.
“The forum is held for the third time. The main audience is school pupils and students,” Igor Garkin, member of the Organizing Committee, told PenzaNews.
According to him, though it is focused on technical studies, the program is not only about it.
“There are various projects – creative, technical, humanitarian, economic. Last year, students presented costumes and their own designs on robotics,” the agency interlocutor said.
