Penza, 2 February 2017. PenzaNews. Ceremony of awarding the winners of the 15th regional A.A. Sazonov contest of young poets and writers will be held in the Penza literature museum on Tuesday, February 7.

It was devoted to the 100th anniversary of the state system of additional out-of-school education.

It is expected that before awarding 34 winners, members of the jury will give master classes.

As it was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Education, over 2000 works from 1000 children aged 8-18 from 19 areas and cities of the region were submitted to the municipal stage of the contest.

"The regional stage gathered 500 poets and writers, who submitted to the jury over 1000 creative works," the department added.
