Penza, 11 May 2017. PenzaNews. Elena Petrosova was appointed deputy minister – head of the Professional Education and Youth Policy Department of the regional Education Ministry. The corresponding decree was signed by the governor Ivan Belozertsev.

"Elena Vitalyevna Petrosova was born in 1965. In 1988 she graduated from V.G. Belinsky Penza State Pedagogical University majoring in mathematics with a supplementary specialization in physics. She began her career in 1988 as a teacher of mathematics and physics at an eight-year school of the sovkhoz "Serp i Molot" at the Penza region," the press service of the regional Ministry of Education told PenzaNews.

The department added that from 1989 to 2013 Elena Petrosova worked as a teacher, a head of a curriculum department, a deputy head, and a head of professional educational institutions as well as organizations of higher education.

"Since December 2013 she has worked in the Ministry of Education of the Penza region. Since April 1, 2016, she has occupied the position of a deputy head of the Professional Education and Youth Policy Department," the press service specified.
