Penza, 25 July 2017. PenzaNews. Admission plan for graduates of 9th and 11th forms in institutions of vocational secondary education of the Penza region was fulfilled by 82.4%. This was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Education.

As of Tuesday, July 25, 3,578 applications were submitted for full-time education programmes with a maximum capacity of colleges equalling 4,340 new students.

Admission quotas for studying at the expense of the regional budget were defined for 86 fields and professions. Admission of graduates is executed without examination.

Currently, fields of studying that have the largest number of available state-funded places are "Design, modelling and technology of garments production", "Machine operator of agricultural production", "Agricultural production specialist", "Specialist on dairy products production", "Expert producer of glass products and their parts", and "Specialist in processing glass and glass products".

Applications for full-time education programmes will be accepted until August 15. In case available places remain, the application process will continue until November 25.
