"At the moment, workers are constructing a monolithic building frame. The overhead cover of crawl space is almost ready. First floor columns and foundation of playgrounds are being installed," he said informing the head of the Penza administration Victor Kuvaytsev about the work progress.

In turn, the mayor, who personally assessed the pace of the work on Sunday, October 22, gave a task to maintain and increase the pace calling for everyday control.

"By the end of the year it is necessary to construct the frame of the building, and during the winter period – the roof. By spring, the school must be ready for finishing works," the press service of the mayor's office quotes Victor Kuvaytsev.
