Penza, 12 December 2017. PenzaNews. The general director of Damate Group Rashid Khairov and the HR director Polina Konnova met with students and professors of Penza State University.

The event designed to acquaint representatives of the largest Penza university with achievements of the agricultural holding, plans for its further development, as well as employment opportunities aroused great interest and attracted more than 200 participants.

In his address to those present, Rashid Khairov described the main directions of the company's work.

He noted the positive growth of major production and economic indicators and emphasized the role of Damate Group in the agro-industrial sector of the Penza region and the country as a whole.

In turn, Polina Konnova highlighted the key issues of personnel policy.

She explained that among the company's core values are professionalism, a healthy lifestyle, commitment to family traditions and an ability to work in a team.

The HR director specified that at present over 200 graduates of PSU work in Damate Group, which is always happy to welcome young professionals who want to grow and develop and who are willing to work to achieve a common purpose.
