According to him, the institution is aimed at uniting efforts of schools, universities and relevant departments for the purpose of identifying talented young people and providing them with further support.

In turn, the chairman of the Penza region government Nikolai Simonov encouraged colleagues to do their best to ensure equal conditions for children from different localities of the region.
