Penza, 24 January 2018. PenzaNews. The prosecutor's office of the Pervomaisky district of Penza turned to court with a statement of claim that contains a requirement to prohibit information on sale of education certificates and diplomas placed on the Internet from spread in the territory of Russia.

As the senior assistant of the head of the regional prosecutor for media relations Svetlana Artamonova told PenzaNews, the relevant website had been revealed during monitoring of the network.

"Production of state-recognized diplomas of any educational organizations in the shortest possible time is freely available, information about the price of the service and ways of order is provided," the interlocutor explained.

She added that after satisfaction of the claim, the website address will be included in a corresponding register of Roskomnadzor (The Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology, and Mass Media) for its subsequent blocking.
