Outer walls have been almost finished so far, bricks of shade structures are being laid, and the systems of heating, power and water supply are being installed.
Victor Kuvaytsev urged the leadership of LLC Penzastroikom, which is the contractor of the facility, not to reduce the pace of engineering networks construction.
"The brickwork must be completed before the New Year. On Monday, proceed to insulating the building facade, plastering walls and roofing," — the press service of the city administration quotes the mayor.
