"Out of 223 buildings, 110 are guarded by private security companies," he said during the 7th regular session of Penza City Duma held on Friday, February 28.
Fedor Klemin added that the rest of kindergartens and schools had signed appropriate contracts, but the security companies had not yet started guarding the facilities because they were recruiting and training staff.
"After this process, of course, all educational institutions will hopefully be protected by private security companies," he said.
According to Fedor Klemin, for the time being the heads of educational institutions are forced to find money to pay for the work of janitors.
