Penza, 11 July 2020. PenzaNews. The first batch of equipment for the IT-Cube digital education centre for children was delivered to Penza College of Industrial and Information Technologies.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Education of Penza region, it costs 2.5 million roubles, and more than 13 million will be spent on the project to open the first IT-cube in the region.

“Pupils of the IT-cube will be able to choose one or more areas of work,” the department explained.

The press service specified that teenagers will be able to learn the basics of Python programming, system administration, take a course on mobile development or creation of VR/AR applications. Cyber Hygiene and Big Data course will also be launched. In addition, there are plans to create courses for young children.

Money for the opening of IT-Cube in Penza was allocated under the Education national project.
