Three observation facilities with 65 beds were prepared for foreign students in Penza as part of measures aimed at preventing the emergence of foci of novel coronavirus infection COVID-19. This is stated in a message distributed by the press service of the regional government on Wednesday, September 9.

“The students are arriving at different times. The academic year of Chinese and Indian citizens started remotely,” the text adds.
It notes that general cleaning with disinfectants was carried out in the hostels of colleges and universities.
“Disinfectants, personal protective equipment and air recirculation devices have been purchased in the required quantities. The ventilation and air conditioning systems installed in the premises are being cleaned,” the message stresses.
