This was announced by Tatyana Malova, deputy head of the Rospotrebnadzor department in Penza region.

“There shouldn't be any joint events,” she said during a meeting held in the Penza administration on Friday, December 4.

In turn, Mayor Andrei Luzgin drew attention to the fact that it was not allowed to have invited artists, animators and parents of children at the celebrations in kindergartens and schools.

In the course of the meeting, Tatiana Malova assumed it was possible that no events would be held at all.

“We must be prepared for the fact that in the event of a worsening of the situation, all festive events may be cancelled,” the press service of the city hall quotes the deputy head of the Rospotrebnadzor department.
