“The vaccine makes it possible to return to normal life. Given the fact that the rectors of the higher educational institutions are present at this event, I take an opportunity to recommend to all Penza universities with distance/online learning switching to the standard mode of operation,” he said at the event dedicated to Russian Science Day, which took place at the regional government on Monday, February 8.

According to Ivan Belozertsev, the situation “makes it possible to gradually remove restrictions”.

“The number of hospitalized patients with coronavirus infection decreased by more than two times in Penza region. This is a great achievement,” said the governor.
