Penza, 11 March 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region was placed 17th in Russia and 3rd in the Volga Federal District in effectiveness of its regional capital repairs system in 2014-2015, says the news bulletin of the Communal Services Reformation Assistance Foundation that lists the data on 1 January 2016.

The rating was compiled using the data from the “Communal Services Reform” database that features information on apartment buildings, repairs planned by regional capital repairs program, their duration and costs.

The bulletin features information and figures on funds used to finance the repairs, money collected from apartment building proprietors, share of successful collection, and information on scheduled and completed repairs.

The effectiveness rating was calculated using the information about share of successful capital repair bills collection in the apartment buildings, and a share of completed works and services in 2014-2015.
