Penza “Open City” website receives over 3,000 reports

Penza, 17 March 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza web portal “Open City” has received a total of 3,130 reports since January 20, announced the city mayor Victor Kuvaytsev during the session of the permanent City Duma committee on local governance and supervision over local governance authorities on Thursday, March 17.

“All of them resulted in decisions. All of them were heard,” he stressed.

The website in question was developed and opened to increase the level of public trust towards the authorities, as well as to quickly rectify the issues related to communal structures, the city administration head explained.

“We are continuing the process to involve all actors of the communal service in this work,” he added.
