Penza, 20 March 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region governor Ivan Belozertsev has congratulated the workers of public and communal services with their professional holiday celebrated on Sunday, March 20.

“It is impossible to overestimate your work, as the quality of life for people in our region depends on the status of the communal field where you work. There is a reason why the communal service is called the service of life support: you create comfortable living conditions for residents of villages, towns and cities, you improve our yards and children’s playgrounds, you ensure our pipelines and power supply lines are in constant operation,” noted the head of the region.

He added that the communal field of the Penza region is currently undergoing an enormous transformation.

“You face tough and big objectives to reform this field, improve quality of provided services, implement new technologies and methods, modernize the infrastructure. I firmly believe that you are able to fulfill those objectives,” Ivan Belozertsev stressed.

He thanked the communal service workers for always being ready to help people, and expressed his respect to the veteran workers who share their experience, professional skills and responsible attitude with the younger generation.
