Penza Communal Services School course produces first graduates
Penza, 20 April 2016. PenzaNews. The Communal Services School, which opened at the Georgy Kamnev Deputy Center in November 2015 with the aim to improve legal literacy of Penza citizens, has produced a first group of graduates.
The course graduates, who participated in all lectures held by professional lawyers, received certificates recognizing them as inspectors in communal affairs who would be closely monitoring adherence to the communal legislation, uncovering and battling any violations.
“The Communists in the Penza region are working to improve people’s lives – this is why we created the Communal Services School. The people who successfully completed the courses in our school are now able to counter the violations in the communal field on their own. They know where to come with each specific problem, know what they can demand from the state. On our side, the CPRF regional committee will provide them support. We hope to maintain cooperation in the future with active and hardworking people for the good of the Penza region,” Georgy Kamnev pointed out while presenting certificates to the more active course attendants.
The Communal Services School is open for all citizens free of charge, and holds studies at 18.00 every Thursday in Penza on Kirova street, 24B, the press service of the CPRF regional committee informed PenzaNews.
