Penza governor suggests replacing communal companies supervisors every year

Penza, 20 June 2016. PenzaNews. The officials of the Penza region Goszhilstroytekhinspektsiya, which are involved in supervising the activities of communal management companies, must be replaced every year, suggested the governor Ivan Belozertsev during the regional government meeting session on Monday, June 20.

As he explained, each official must be replaced by another one involved in the similar work, but at the other physical area, and must act as a similar replacement to another one.
“Because they fine certain company heads once, twice, and then sit with them for a tea, with a likely agreement to follow,” the head of the region suggested.
Normally, such replacement is undertaken every 5 years, but the process must be accelerated in the communal companies supervision field, Ivan Belozertsev noted.
“You need to rotate your officials involved in communal management companies supervision every year,” Ivan Belozertsev told Inna Levchenko, acting head of the Penza region Goszhilstroytekhinspektsiya, chief housing inspector of the region.
