As the City Hall website reports, most of the facilities are served by OJSC T Plus Penza Heating Network. These are 121 apartment buildings, 6 schools, 5 kindergartens and 4 hospitals. The lack of water is connected with the major repair of leakages in the heating pipeline and repair of heating equipment.

One aparment building and 2 schools maintained by JSC Penzteplosnabzhenie lack hot due to -maintenance work.
