This creates an inconvenience not only for motorists, who have to drive slowly, overcoming water obstacle, but also for pedestrians waiting for public transport at bus stops.

Due to the fact that water does not leave the roadway and is collected at the curb, people are forced to move farther away from the road every time a car passes by.

The cause of the incident is currently being investigated.

As the city emergency service told PenzaNews, so far they received no reports of water leakage in Yuzhnaya Polyana district.
