Penza, 9 October 2016. PenzaNews. Work on eliminating the consequences of the heating pipeline breakdown, which happened recently near the “Vesna” shopping centre on Ladozhskaya street in Penza, was carried out all night long, however, it was not completed due to arbitrarily installed pavilions on the site where the engineering network runs. The press service of the mayor’s office reported to PenzaNews.

“To resolve the situation, on Sunday morning, October 9, on instructions from the head of Penza administration Victor Kuvaytsev the acting head of the Department of Assistance to Small and Medium Enterprises Olga Zhovtyak and the head of the municipal land control office Svetlana Alexandrova arrived at the scene,” the press service noted.

The mayor’s office marked that the violation was revealed earlier during the planned raiding inspection and the case is now under consideration in court.

“Following negotiations with the owners of the retail outlets it was agreed to voluntarily dismantle the pavilions,” the Penza administration added.
