Penza, 28 October 2016. PenzaNews. Prohibition of excavation works for repair, reconstruction or laying underground engineering structures and communications, except emergency cases, will be in force in Penza from November 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017. The corresponding order of the city administration was signed by the mayor Victor Kuvaytsev.

As the press service of the City Hall told PenzaNews, therefore within the remaining several days, the responsible organizations should finish reconstruction of road surface and landscaping, then make a record to the administration and technical inspectorate of the city department of housing and communal services.

In turn, the department of housing and communal services of Penza was instructed to ensure constant monitoring of the road surface condition after excavation, which is permitted in autumn-winter period.
