Penza, 24 November 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region got into top 10 Russian regions where the plan for resettlement from dilapidated housing was fulfilled more than 70% during 10 months of 2016.

People were settled in six Russian Federation entities: Ingushetia, Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, the Kaliningrad and Moscow regions, and the Nenets autonomous regions.
14 regions fulfilled the 2016 year plan 100%, these are the Rostov, Tyumen, Orel, and Tambov regions, Karachaevo-Cherkesiya and Mariy El.
21 constituent entities fulfilled the plan less than 1/3. These are the Astrakhan, Arkhangelsk, Irkutsk, Stavropol regions, and Primorsky Krai, the press service of the civil protection and communal services office of the Penza region reports.
