“By 8 o’clock people go to work. Paths and pavements must be cleaned and powdered by this time. Works must be started early in the morning. During the circuit, I did not see any street cleaner, there were only machines of the MUP 'Zelenoye khozyaystvo [of the Penza city]' and of Penzadormost,” he said during the meeting in the mayor’s office.

Victor Kuvaytsev ordered to organize work in this field.

He also reminded about the necessity to work in coordination with residents.

“I spoke about it many times, it is important to go to places, to solve issues. The work should be done with more effort,” the press service of the Penza region quotes Victor Kuvaytsev.
