Penza, 9 December 2016. PenzaNews. Complex extensive repairs of the house No. 31 in Krsnaya street in Penza, built in 1917, were completed.

The contracting organization LLC “PS ‘BiznesStroy’ ” repaired the roof, the in-house engineering systems, the façade and the foundation.

Within the framework of the repairs, the company changed the ramshackle wooden rafter system constructions and the roof boarding, installed roof windows, and renovated the ventilation ducts.

In addition, workers processed all wooden constructions with biological flame retardant and installed the railing.

Also, during the repairs of the heat and water supply systems, they replaced old cast iron pipes with the high-density polyethylene ones, changed the heating pipes and the house pipes interconnections.

In addition, the workers replaced old electrical wiring with coper power cables that have isolation and PVC sheath, and carried out works on electrical equipment grounding.

The walls of the building were covered with mineral wool insulation plates, strengthened by reinforcing net, plastered with decorative material and painted.

Moreover, the workers installed screens over the entrances and also windows, completely changed the perimeter walk, provided the basement with heat insulation and installed deflectors for the cellar ventilation, the press service of the Penza Communal Affairs Department informs.
