Unsold fir trees to be removed from trash enclosure areas in Penza

Penza, 5 January 2017. PenzaNews. The Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev ordered to organize removal of the fir trees that had not been sold before New Year from trash enclosure areas, where they were left by some illegal sellers and the entrepreneurs who were engaged in unauthorized trading.

As in was reported by the press service of the mayor’s office, many fir trees are left in the yard of house No. 8 in Leningradskaya street.

“In general, the organizers of fir tree markets – the winners of the auctions – cleaned the territories adjoining to the sales points on December 31; they removed the litter, brought the rest of the fir trees to the zoo and church organizations for Christmas celebration,” the city administration explained.

As it was reported earlier, 62 official fir tree markets, which were opened on December 9, work in the Penza territory.
