The mayor Victor Kuvaytsev ordered the director of the municipal unitary enterprise “Penzadormost” Vyacheslav Golokhvastov to draw up a list of compact snow cleaning machinery for pavement cleaning so that they could then consider the possibility of its buying for the city needs.

“Snow must be removed. Winter just began. It is necessary to clean all blind alleys and remote yards,” the head of the Penza administration said at the meeting that took place in the mayor’s office on Tuesday, January 10.

He also ordered the head of the Pervomaisky area administration Lidia Belyakova to take under control cleaning of the Military settlement territory.

“Even though this land belongs to the Russian Federation, our people live in this settlement. It is necessary to take all measures and make the managing companies clean streets from snow,” Victor Kuvaytsev noted.

In addition, the mayor demanded to conduct the revision of trimmers so that by the beginning of spring, the machinery and the people are ready to trim grass at the lawns, the press service of the Penza administration informed.
