"Despite the weather – the 30-degree frost that struck the city – the teams worked hard to restore heating supply to the residents' houses. While some teams worked not to let Penza thermal power plant No. 1 stop operating, even though a part of the roof at the boiler-and-turbine department collapsed because of the incident, other specialists restored three main heating pipelines going from the plant to the city," the press service of the PJSC "T Plus" told PenzaNews.

The organization added that thanks to the branch network it became possible to attract specialists from other regions.

"Representatives from Mordovia, Mariy El, Chuvashia, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Saratov, Vladimir, Kirov, Perm, Orenburg, and Ekaterinburg took part in the elimination of damage. Altogether, the group "T Plus" managed to mobilize 137 people and 20 units of machinery. We are grateful to all workers of the organizations that provided active assistance in elimination of the incident consequences," the press service said.
