"Fences in Penza are of different colours – brown, yellow, grey. This year we should choose one design and paint all fences in one colour. It will look differently," the head of the region said during an operative meeting in the regional government held on Monday, March 6.

He also drew attention to the necessity to repair metal constructions damaged in traffic accidents.

"They are lopsided, it is impossible to restore them – they should be removed," Ivan Belozertsev said.

The head of the region also asked to bring all building facades to a similar design.

"This should be done," the governor emphasized noting that it is important to use a complex approach.
