The collapse of brickwork occurred on the ground floor, where previously a balcony suffered the same fate. In addition, in the vicinity of the damage, a wooden window frame fell out of a window opening.

It can be seen with a naked eye that the house continues to go to ruin – the areas on a wall above and on the sides of the windows, which currently look more like black holes, underwent significant changes for the worst since February.

At present, access to the first entrance is closed for security reasons. At present, no one lives there. In case owners need to get access to their accommodations, they may call a phone number stated on the front door.

Other parts of the house are still inhabited.

Previously, it was decided to hold an independent construction expertise of unfit house No. 35 in Udarnaya street in Penza. If reconstruction of the house is considered to be impractical, the tenants will have to turn to the interdepartmental commission with an application for inclusion of the house into the list of constructions subject to demolition in order to be able to take part in a resettlement programme.
