"The price for household wastes removal is acceptable and even an elderly woman can afford paying it. Having such an agreement concluded, she will not have to worry about what to do with garbage," he said giving a corresponding order to the head of the Zheleznodorozhny area administration Oleg Denisov.

According to Victor Kuvaytsev, officials should conduct additional explanatory work with residents.
