Penza, 23 March 2017. PenzaNews. A brand stand of the Russian oil company "Lukoil", which was previously located at the entrance to the territory of the gas filling station near the trade centre "Olimp" in Prospekt Stroiteley street in Penza, was damaged during repairs of the heating system in 2016 and still remains lying on the lawn spoiling the appearance of one of the central streets of the Arbekovo area.

Local people regret that neither the communal services, which are busy with cleaning and repairing streets after the winter, nor the owner of the gas station pay attention to it.

At the same time, it is obvious that the territory adjacent to the gas filling station was already cleaned: there is no garbage on the lawn and on the pavements, twigs and dry leaves were collected and removed.

At the same time, there is rubbish left inside the stand, which used to indicate prices for different types of fuel. Some elements of the stand got broken forming holes, through which one can see pieces of plastic and paper.

A month-long action aimed at Penza improvement is conducted from March 17 till April 30. Within the framework of the action, it is planned to hold two community work days – on April 8 and 22.
