Penza, 24 March 2017. PenzaNews. Workers of communal services removed the broken brand stand of the Russian oil company “Lukoil”, which was lying near the trade centre “Olimp” since last year, several hours after PenzaNews posted a critical publication on its website.

The news article about the large broken construction that spoils the appearance of one of the central streets of the Arbekovo areas, which was cleaned by workers of the municipal unitary enterprise “Penzadormost” during this week, was posted in the second half of the day.

According to local population, by the evening the stand was removed, though the rubbish that was inside the stand remained lying on the lawn.

However, people say that they were positively surprised by the fact that on Friday morning, March 24, a worker in a bright orange vest promptly cleaned the territory having gathered pieces of plastic, paper and bottles in a big black bag.

At present, the area where the broken construction was lying is different from the rest of the lawn because the grass there only begins to shoot.

Residents of Arbekovo are grateful to communal services for the prompt actions though they remind that it is necessary to pay attention to problematic issues in Penza before they are covered by media.
